Jon and Jill Chambers

Jon D. Chambers was born February 2, 1972 in Greensboro, North Carolina. He gave his life to Christ at a John Houston concert held at The Cathedral of His Glory in October of 1992. Ever since he has been under the spiritual leadership of Dr. C. Paul Willis, Senior Pastor of The Cathedral of His Glory. Jon graduated Cum Laude from the University of North Carolina-Greensboro with a degree in Exercise Sports Science and a minor in Mathematics. He has been teaching at Southwest Guilford High School in High Point, North Carolina for 12 years.
In August of 1994, Jon married Jill Rachelle Justesen. They currently reside in Kernersville, North Carolina. Jill worked for several years at The Cathedral of His Glory in daycare and administration. She now stays home with their three children Tyler, Grace, and Madeline.
Since 2005, Jon has gone on mission trips to Nicaragua and Guatemala with Ministries of His Glory. While leading a morning Bible Study on one of these trips, God placed a call and a passion in his heart for the people of Central America. In the Fall of 2007, Jon and Jill publicly committed to full-time Mission work for the Kingdom. On August 31, 2008, Jon was rrdained by the Cathedral of HIS Glory in Greensboro, North Carolina. He and Jill are currently in the process of raising financial support to make the move to Antigua, Guatemala. There they will be attending Language School and being ministerial training under Pastor Ron Coffer, Jr. and his wife Mimy Coffer.
